Last night I had a lot of fun. I went to a breast cancer benefit where they had 5 different bands playing. They had door prizes, raffles, a 50:50, and an auction. There was good energy in the air as everyone was happy to come to the aids of others and there is always hope for a cure.

I bought a case of peaches today and I made a few batches of green smoothies today. I used flax seeds and hemp as my source of omega 3’s put them in containers and froze them so it will be easier during the next couple of weeks. I love treating my body to great carbohydrates after a workout so I make sure that I drink at least 8 to 16 ounces of a green smoothie afterwards. The body has to heal then and the two best things to give your body, as far as my readings, are coconut water to replace the electrolytes, and good carbohydrates for muscle repair.
Another practice I have been doing is that I drink 1 to 2 ounces of E3Live algae for the chlorophyll and a heaping teaspoon of bee pollen prior to exercise. Since chlorophyll is the closest food to the hemoglobin in our blood. I figure this will aid my body in delivering more oxygen to my cells. The bee pollen is strictly for energy.
