Day 4 and all is well

OK, I made it through four days. I woke up feeling very thirsty even though I drank water a few times during the night. I could not get to sleep last night. I fell asleep a couple of hours later than usual. I can tell you that tonight I played 6 games of volleyball and I am so ready for bed it isn't funny. I doubt that I will be up late. I am ending this now so I can get some rest. More tomorrow.

My first blog and day 3 of Eating all Raw Foods

I have purchased Alissa Cohen’s Living on Live Food book and DVD and I will be trying many of her recipes until I get the hang of this lifestyle. I went shopping at Whole Foods, George Street Co-Op and a couple of local farmer's markets. Here's a sample.

I am so pumped up for this experience. All I can think about is how great I will feel and how much better I will be at playing volleyball. You see my goal is my health but the side effects of this diet will be weight loss and lots of energy. Does not seem like a bad trade.
If I were to ask each of you what success means to you or what wealth means to you I bet I would get a lot of different answers. Hopefully there will be more than 1 person reading this blog. To me my health is success, it is wealth and it means everything to me since I do not have it. You don’t know what you’ve got till it’s gone. So I thank you for joining me on this journey. There is nothing that is going to stop me from reversing the pulmonary fibrosis.
